I joined your last ride this Sunday from Dempsey to the Life Cycle Shop – by accident , was cycling solo , and then just tagged along when I saw your group !

Hi,
I read with interest about your cycling in the press and your website. I am age 50 plus and would like to like to know whether am I too old to join. I am a very active woman, and I am very interested in cycling but dont know where to start to join a group for a leisure ride. I have never cycle on the road but on the pavement only. I also wanted some one to help and advice me on what kind of foldable bicycle is good for me for a start. I have one at home which is the normal one, called BMX. I hope to hear from you.
