Wonderful news for cyclist in Singapore. An additional 150km Round Island Route (RIR) will be added to the current 200 km PCN in the near future. Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Teo Chee Hean announced the construction of the RIR at the official launch of the PCN North Eastern Loop. Over 80 LCSG folks came to support our friends in NPark, Bernard and his PCN team at the launch event.
